Stop motion character, new project

For my next project I am designing and making a character and some birds from Neil Gaimans novel Neverwhere. Old Bailey is the character, a homeless man who lives on the roofs of London with his birds. I aim to make a short stop motion animation with these puppets along with Owen Robertson who will be designing and making the sets. We have written a short narrative for Old Bailey adapted from scenes he appears in, in the novel.
