Heres the Rhino head and legs in plastazote. Each pattern piece was cut out and glue with contact adhesive at the edges. The seam lines can be seen. My partners is even bigger being the male. Today=Body. Also, the head isnt going to be the the puppeteers head, it will be much lower, true to the Rhino form.
